Refund Policy

Effective September 14, 2026

We want families to have enough time to confirm that True Vine Christian School is a good fit without turning an annual curriculum license into a recurring monthly commitment.

14-day refund window

You may request a refund of a standard annual grade purchase within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date. Requests should be sent from the parent account email address to info@truevinechristian.com.

After the refund window

After 14 days, annual grade purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where True Vine Christian School determines that a duplicate charge, billing error, or other exceptional circumstance warrants a refund.

What happens after a full refund

A full refund ends the refunded grade license. The parent account may remain available for account management and legally required records, but curriculum access tied to the refunded purchase will be revoked.

Promotions

Refunds on purchases made with promotion codes are based on the amount actually paid. Unless an offer explicitly says otherwise, promotional purchases follow the same 14-day refund window.

Processing time

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment processor. Bank or card-provider posting times are outside True Vine Christian School’s control.
