Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of True Vine Christian School, operated by True Vine Christian School. By creating an account, purchasing access, or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Parent-managed educational service
True Vine Christian School provides homeschool curriculum, planning, recordkeeping, educational tools, student workspaces, and related services. The parent or guardian remains responsible for supervising instruction, determining whether the curriculum is appropriate for the student, and complying with homeschool or education requirements that apply to the family.
2. Accounts and household use
Parent accounts are for adults who are authorized to manage the students added to the account. Keep account credentials private. Student credentials may be created by the parent for child-only access. You are responsible for activity under your account and for providing accurate information.
3. Grade licenses
A paid grade purchase provides 12 months of access to that grade for the purchasing household. The standard household license includes up to 3 active student profiles in the purchased grade. The license is for the purchaser’s own dependent children or children for whom the purchaser is legally authorized to provide educational access. It may not be shared with unrelated families, friends, co-ops, classrooms, or other organizations without written permission.
Grade purchases are one-time payments and do not automatically renew unless True Vine Christian School later offers an optional recurring plan and you separately choose it.
4. Curriculum and educational results
We work to provide accurate, age-appropriate, coherent educational material, but no curriculum can guarantee a particular academic result. Parents should review lessons and use judgment appropriate to their child. True Vine Christian School is not a public school, school district, legal advisor, medical provider, or substitute for any filing, notice, assessment, or recordkeeping obligation that may apply in your jurisdiction.
5. Teacher’s Assistant and automated tools
Teacher’s Assistant features are designed to support the parent. Automated or AI-assisted output may contain mistakes and should be reviewed before relying on it for instruction, grading, scheduling, or records. The parent remains the decision-maker.
6. Payments, promotions, and refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe or another disclosed payment provider. Prices and promotions may change for future purchases. A promotion does not change the duration or household-use limits of a license unless the offer says otherwise. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.
7. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to bypass access controls, scrape or redistribute paid curriculum, share household access outside the permitted household, interfere with the service, upload unlawful or malicious content, or use the service to violate another person’s rights.
8. Intellectual property
True Vine Christian School curriculum, software, branding, layouts, original text, graphics, and other protected material are licensed for personal household educational use and are not sold or transferred to you. You may print or save materials where the product provides that capability for your household’s educational use. You may not resell, publish, distribute, or create a competing content library from paid materials.
9. Availability and changes
We may maintain, improve, replace, or discontinue features. We will not intentionally remove an already-purchased grade solely to force a new purchase during an active license period. Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance, security, service-provider failures, or events outside our control.
10. Account suspension
We may restrict or suspend access for fraud, chargebacks, security threats, unlawful activity, or material violations of these Terms. When practical, we will try to resolve ordinary household-account issues before suspension.
11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation or that every error will be corrected immediately. To the extent allowed by law, True Vine Christian School is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable United States law and, where state law applies, the laws of the State of California, without limiting any non-waivable consumer rights that apply where you live.
